Company Update from HSS Hire Group PLC
HSS ProService Marketplace intends to establish an exciting commercial agreement with Speedy Hire, combining their strengths to create greater value for customers and supplier alike.
Our heritage business - HSS, The Hire Service Company - is due to embark on a new journey of ownership and will no longer be owned the HSS Hire Group PLC and will trade independently under new ownership.
On 6th October 2025, approval has been requested from the Competitions & Markets Authority on the following update to the HSS Hire Group PLC.
What does this mean for HSS Training?
HSS Training as part of the HSS ProService group, will continue to trade independently and subject to the CMA approval, our customers are set to benefit from:
- An enhanced training estate to ensure that we provide the best learning experience for your delegates in the locations that matter to you.
- An enhanced trainer fraternity – access to industry leading instructors in new sectors to widen our delivery offering.
- Expansion of our extensive offering, now with a broader range of course lines and accreditations.
